About Us: The house of Iris and Felipe is found in a good central position of the city. To few distance, you find banks, supermarkets, hotels and university. In the ray of less of than 100 meters, is the famous University of Havana, the famous Coppelia ice cream shop, and the ‘Casas de Change’, where you can exchange your money. You are also near the popular street Calle 23, which brings you to the other popular Malecon road, where during the day and evenings; the Cubans and tourists gather to relax, eat, and party. The house has been recently restructured into two floors, in the 1st floor you will find the rooms with comfortable beds, air conditioning, television, and bath. On the 2nd floor, you will find our popular restaurant & bar. When you will arrive in the house, the keys to the house will be provided, you will be free to enter and go out when you want. So you can invite any friends to your room, party, dine; as long as your guests respect the house and the other guests.
